Foraging adventure - Sustainable Seaweed and mollusk foraging

Wild sustainable foraging in tidal pools, primal cooking with a touch of class. Shared feasting, food crafting with local coastal ingredients. Join us for a 5-hour coastal immersion that begins with a guided exploration of the shoreline’s rock pools. Discover edible seaweeds, molluscs and coastal herbs as you learn to forage with instinct and curiosity, shaped by the rhythm of the tide.

Moving to the kitchen, we gather, partly outdoors, partly indoors and around an open flame. Together we clean and prepare our finds. Much of the food is pre-prepped to ensure a seamless experience, and guests are invited into the ritual: the slicing, the sizzling, the scent of smoke and salt air.

Stories are shared - tales of the ocean, of land and the wild abundance that surrounds us. The secrets of nature that are crafted as a taste explosion, designed to surprise and delight. Drinks flow, laughter echoes, and the line between guest and gather disappears.
