Easy Eating Taste Experience
celebrates creativity, food and entrepreneurship! We will hear stories from food entrepreneurs, producers, chefs, photographers, bloggers, baristas sharing how they transformed passion into sustainable businesses.   You will be seated on long-tables to enjoy a 10-course lunch, surrounded by arts, photography, pottery, living plants and coffee exhibitions.

THE COFFEE THAT REALIZED A DREAM 
Easy Eating Taste Experience
is the brainchild of Zama Memela, chef and food entrepreneur of Easy Eating.  When Zama returned from her trip catering for Greenpop's Trees for Zambia 2013 volunteer intiative, she wanted to capture the excitement and energy she had experienced in Cape Town.  Catching up over coffee with Lisa Huang, Founder of Food and Chatter at the Open Design Cape Town Festival, the two friends decided to put their dreams into action and curated an Easy Eating dinner series  at Penthouse on Long Backpackers from Sept - Nov 2013.   And now, we are looking forward to meeting everyone at the Easy Eating Taste Experience!
