Join Nutritional Therapist Klara Mudge for BsB Together, a virtual group coaching program delivered in 4 Zoom sessions over one month with weekly resources, recipes and tools to help you find and sustain healthier diet & lifestyle habits. You will learn Klara’s foundational principles for wellbeing and how to implement them into your own life using the practical tools and tips provided throughout the month-long program. Enjoy ongoing individual support from Klara while experiencing the benefits of working in a group (motivation, accountability, inspiration, and community).


This is a one time payment for all 4 sessions. If you're unable to attend one of the live sessions, recordings will be available.


Here are the dates & times for all 4 Sessions:

Over the course of 4 weeks, we'll cover the four pillars of everyday wellness:


  • Food — simple, balanced meals to fuel steady energy and improve metabolic health
  • Sleep & Stress — small resets that calm your nervous system and improve recovery
  • Movement — easy ways to boost mood and stay active (no gym required)
  • Habits — how to make your new rhythm realistic and stick for good



By the end, you’ll have your own personalized wellness framework — a realistic plan that leaves you feeling calmer, more energized, and more in control of your health.
