Men In Heels Walkathon

According to the Breast Health Foundation (South Africa), our country has one of the highest incidences of male breast cancer in the world, with 1–3% of breast cancer cases diagnosed in South Africa occurring in men. The Men-In-Heels Walkathon also extends awareness to prostate cancer, making it a powerful platform for education and community impact.
