• Please arrive on time. The session starts strictly at 3:00 PM.

• Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their ticket.

• No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited to future events.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance may be credited toward a future event.
