Join me for a winter evening of education and food.
Ever wondered what the differences between kimtchi and sauerkraut is? Well, I'll give you one better! Together we will learn about the two AND you will have the chance make your own organic sauerkraut.
?After this hard work, a hearty reward of vegan miso soup, sourdough bread and kombucha is in order.
?I will then discuss the difference between Kombucha, Kefir & yoghurt and show you how to make Kombucha and Kefir.
It is important to know who should be using fermented foods, how often and in what forms.
