This September, in celebration of World Physiotherapy Month, we invite you to join the Physio in Motion Virtual 5KM Challenge! ??
From 8–30 September 2025, participants around the world will walk, jog, or run 5KM to raise awareness for healthy ageing and preventing falls, while supporting a meaningful community cause.
Why We Move
All proceeds will go towards equipping our local Community Health Centre (CHC) with physiotherapy kits. These kits will empower physiotherapists and students to deliver better rehabilitation services to under-resourced communities.
