ABOUT
Raising children in today’s world is both a gift and a challenge. So often, as parents, caregivers, or teachers, we long to give children the tools they need to thrive—not only in their bodies, but in their emotions, relationships, and spiritual lives. This two-hour interactive workshop offers a warm, practical, and deeply supportive space to learn simple rituals that can nurture a child’s whole being—mind, body, heart, and soul.
Drawing from the latest insights in emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and interpersonal neurobiology, we will explore how everyday practices can help children build resilience, regulate their emotions, and strengthen healthy connections with others. We will also consider the role of spirituality, offering grounding and perspective for the challenges and joys of raising children in a fast-paced, modern environment.
Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils will be woven throughout the session, offering natural and supportive tools that can be easily integrated into family life. You will discover ways to create simple daily rhythms that support calm, focus, restful sleep, and emotional balance.
More than just theory, this workshop is designed to be hands-on and engaging. You will experience a few of the practices yourself, gain confidence in using them, and leave with a collection of simple, nourishing tools you can bring into your home right away.
Whether you are a parent, grandparent, caregiver, or educator, you will find this space both refreshing and inspiring. Join Simple Rituals for Healthy Children and discover how small, consistent practices can make a lasting difference in the lives of the children you care for—and in your own well-being as well.
