Set beneath the majestic Helderberg mountains, join us for an unforgettable afternoon of blues and country in the lush gardens of Lourensford Wine Estate. Helderberg Country, Rhythm & Blues brings together some of the finest musicians from the Western Cape and Gauteng for a laid-back, soul-stirring afternoon. Bring your picnic blankets, grab a glass of Lourensford wine, and let the music carry you into the sunset.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to weather predictions we have decided to move the event into the Cellar. Prepare for an awesome experience in between the majestic wine tanks. Regretfully no wheelchair access is possible at present- Lourensford estate is addressing the problem.

Line-up includes:

Akkedis Band – Legendary trio from Somerset West, with decades of experience and a loyal following, Akkedis brings raw South African soul to every performance.

Doc John – Lead vocalist of the iconic Boulevard Blues band, legendary Doc John delivers powerhouse vocals and deep blues storytelling.

Jake Gunn – Blues rock musician from Cape Town, known for his gritty guitar work and soulful sound.

Andre Kriel – Guitarist and founding member of The Black Cat Bones, Andre Kriel brings a fiery edge to blues and rock.
