JOZI MY JOZI WALKS: ALEX UNPACKED – STORIES & SOLUTIONS

Led by entrepreneur Josephine Katumba, the Alex Unpacked – Stories & Solutions Walk will take visitors into the heart of Johannesburg's oldest township, Alexandra, exploring community-embedded outlets created by Gcwalisa that tackle food insecurity, unemployment, and plastic waste. Alongside visiting local spazas, eateries, and Alexandra High School. Participants will connect with community anchors and youth entrepreneurs.

PARKING & SAFETY:

Please note that safe parking with car guards on duty has been identified for all walks. Safety marshals will also join you on the walk. All ticket holders will be sent an Aide Mémoire with clear parking and walk meeting point coordinates, as well as other key details, before the walk.
