During this workshop you will learn how to make your own Sewn-Board Book. You will learn about the importance of paper grain, how to fold paper into signatures, sewing your signatures, tipping on end-papers, gluing and reinforcing the spine, drumming-on your board covers & covering material, etc.

All this combined into making your own uniquely designed book.

Although all materials pertaining to the book/s will be provided, bringing the following tools would be preferable:

1. Cutting Mat
2. Boxcutter / craft knife (optional)
3. Steel ruler (optional)
4. Scissors (optional)
5. Awl (optional)
6. Bone folder (optional)
7. A flat knife or letter opener (optional)
