Join us for the 2026 Durban heartKIDS Big Walk, proudly hosted by heartKIDS SA — a movement dedicated to supporting children born with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).

This much-loved 5km awareness walk brings families, friends, schools, corporates, and communities together to raise awareness, show solidarity, and stand in support of brave heart warriors across South Africa.
