Join us for Pilates on the Grass — a serene outdoor movement experience designed to help you slow down, stretch out, and soak in the sun as we welcome the warmer season.
This is your invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body through intentional movement, surrounded by nature and a like-minded wellness community.
Expect:
- A guided Pilates session led by a certified instructor
- Grounding breathwork & mindful stretches
- Soft sunlight, fresh air, and soothing soundscapes
- A peaceful space to reset and release
