On 8 August 2026, TEDxGeorge enters an exciting new chapter as we welcome our community to Fancourt for the first time.

Now in its third year, TEDxGeorge Women continues to grow, bringing together local and national voices for a day of powerful ideas, meaningful conversations and unforgettable connections.

You might be an entrepreneur, professional, student, creative or simply curious about the world around you, TEDxGeorge is designed to challenge perspectives, spark new ideas and connect you with people who see the world differently.

This Year's Theme: Rise

This year's event celebrates women who refuse to be defined by circumstance, limitation or inherited narratives. Through powerful stories and lived experiences, our speakers will explore leadership, identity, innovation, wellness, entrepreneurship, storytelling, justice and the future of our communities.

Arrive, collect your badge (even get creative with your badge!), enjoy a coffee and connect with fellow attendees before the day begins.

Morning TEDx Talks

Be inspired by our opening speaker sessions as we introduce this year's theme, Rise.

Lunch Experience

Enjoy a buffet lunch while taking part in intimate discussion sessions with speakers and fellow attendees. Designed to encourage meaningful conversation, these smaller group experiences allow you to explore ideas beyond the stage.

Interactive Experiences

Spend the afternoon exploring partner activations, immersive experiences, networking opportunities and conversations designed to keep the ideas flowing.

Afternoon TEDx Talks

Return to the main area for a powerful second session featuring thought-provoking stories and ideas that challenge perspectives and inspire action.
