What a performance – and what a moment for South African cricket!!

Join us as we celebrate the Proteas’ World Test Championship victory over Australia, a triumph that made history and filled Wynberg hearts with pride.

Two of our own — Kyle Verreynne and David Bedingham — were key to the win, guided by Ashwell Prince, Proteas batting coach and Wynberg parent. Together, they’ve written one of the proudest chapters in South African cricket.

Now, they’re bringing those stories home for a special Open Mic Evening — a relaxed, behind-the-scenes conversation about the build-up, intensity, and emotion of those four unforgettable days of Test cricket.

This isn’t just a celebration — it’s a chance to give back. All proceeds will go toward enhancing and equipping Wynberg’s new Indoor Cricket Centre, already inspiring the next generation of Wynberg cricketers.
