SunUp is a Saturday morning reset in the open air of Waterfall City Park. A beginner-friendly, sober experience combining feel-good movement, music, and community.

A breath-led session with mobility, stretching, and gentle strength to wake up your body. No experience needed.
- Conscious Dance Journey led by Via Henderson, with a live DJ set by DJ Si.noi
Move freely to an uplifting, guided dance experience with DJ Si.noi on the decks. No choreography, no judgement, just joy.
