Join renowned botanist and wild food enthusiast Rupert Koopman for an Fynbos Walk this spring. Nestled within the uniquely diverse fynbos flora of the Cape Point area, discover the region's geology, history, and explore springtime blooms and wild flavours of the land. With Rupert's deep knowledge of the indigenous and endemic plant species, you’ll gain a fresh ecological perspective on the fynbos and flowers that inspire our Veld and Sea seasonal menus.
