This holiday season, Cape Town’s favourite multifaceted market isn’t just returning, it’s evolving.

We’re transforming the Castle of Good Hope in the heart of the city into a living, breathing experience where creativity, commerce, and community collide, and we want you to be at the centre of it all.

Chill with us at Kuier@TheCastle during our Holiday Markets on Saturdays, November 29th and December 13th, 2025, from 10:00 to 16:00.

Shop from a marketplace of local talent and meet the creative makers, offering a diverse range of lifestyle products from homeware, fashion, art, and accessories that are all handmade right here in South Africa. Eat your way through mouthwatering local food and drinks. This is an experiential market with fashion shows, live music and singers, dancing, and drumming workshops. Play with the whole family at The Creative Workshop Area, which will host a variety of interactive workshops throughout the day for all guests.

CDI Store x Kuier - Growing Creative Business

The CDI Store at the V&A Watershed relaunched in July 2025, now showcasing 29 designers from across South Africa. Each was selected for the quality and uniqueness of their products. The store provides a platform for emerging businesses to gain visibility and connect with customers.

For those who have not yet visited the Watershed, the CDI Store will be popping up at Kuier@TheCastle. It is also open daily at Shop E01, V&A Watershed, from 10:00 to 18:00. Updates can be found on Instagram at @CDIatTheWatershed

CDI helps small businesses grow through mentoring, showcasing at major trade shows in America and Europe, and providing a permanent platform at the V&A Watershed.

Before market day, every vendor is invited to free workshops on pricing, sales, and business skills. These workshops mean vendors arrive prepared, confident, and ready to grow on market day.
