Hosted inside our Dignity Kitchen, this intimate gathering blends heartfelt storytelling with a soul-stirring Indian menu by Chef Hitesh Panchal, the visionary behind Kapoochka — Cape Town’s beloved Indian street food brand.

Born in Mumbai and trained in the prestigious kitchens of the Taj Group of Hotels, Hitesh brings nearly 30 years of global culinary experience to the table. Now based in Cape Town, he shares bold, authentic flavours of modern Indian street food through his acclaimed ventures at Makers Landing and Time Out Market.

Throughout the evening, Ladles of Love founder Danny Diliberto will share the inspiring journey behind the organisation, inviting honest reflection on kindness, purpose, and how we can all be part of meaningful change.
