Beatrice Akuvi Hosen Kumordzie , also known by the stage name Akuvi , is a Norwegian singer and songwriter .

Neo-soul meets Afrobeats through soulful vocals and pure lyrics. Akuvi is an artist, songwriter and voice over talent with roots in the Volta Region in Ghana and northern parts of Norway. Akuvi is known for being a finalist in Norwegian pre-selection to Eurovision and for being the the Norwegian voice behind animation characters like Dolores in Disney's Oscar winning "Encanto" and Karma in Ludacris' Netflix series "Karma's World». She is currently working on her next album, whereby the first single from the project «The Other Side» is listed across several radio stations in Norway.
