Join us for our monthly Salwa Stroll this 31st August at the beautiful Newlands Forest!

Time: 9:00 am sharp

Distance: 5km (easy route)

Theme: Wear something pink in honour of Women’s Month!

Community Drive: We’ll also be collecting sanitary pads for donation – bring a pack if you can!

Take a breather, stretch your legs, and connect with other incredible women.
