Potjie Competition 2025

We’re celebrating Heritage Day with our annual Potjie cook-off, and this year it's going to be bigger and better than ever before!

Teams will be battling it out to be named Potjie Champion 2025, judged by none other than and Franck Dangereux and Peter Goffe-Wood. Come and enjoy a day of fun, live music, an outside bar for everyone to enjoy, and all the gees of Heritage Day.

- When? Wednesday 24 September, cooking starts at 10am, judging at 3pm. Ticket Holder tastings after judging at 3pm

- What? Tickets R150, includes a bowl of rice and potjie tastings

- Ticket sale proceeds will be going to Project Noordhoeked

There'll also be a live music act from 14:30-16:30 you don't want to miss!
