EDIBLE SPRING FLOWERS, FLORAL BISCUITS AND LUNCH WITH VELD AND SEA

Sunday 28 September

Celebrate the return of colour to the landscape by exploring the abundance of edible flowers. Set at the lush and tranquil Veld and Sea HQ near Cape Point, this workshop begins with a guided flower walk and talk - learning about and gathering edible flowers to be used in a floral biscuit-making session. Once you have created colourful biscuit art works, connect and relax in the Veld and Sea Glasshouse with a nourishing and light spring lunch.


WHAT TO EXPECT:

Learn to identify and understand the properties of seasonal flowers.

Gather fresh petals, herbs, and seasonal botanicals to use in your baking.

Create your own flower-infused biscuits - decorated by hand.

Enjoy a vibrant, seasonal spring lunch and floral-inspired dessert.

PRICE:

Adults R850 per person

Kids under 16 at R425 per person, kids under 3 join for free

Children joining must be accompanied by a paying adult
