Step into the fresh flavours of spring as you enjoy a guided tasting of each of our house-distilled gins, each perfectly paired with a small bite to highlight its unique flavour profile. This experience will be hosted by our master distiller, Andre Calitz, alongside one of Bridge Street’s expert mixologists at our Juniper Lab distillery. This is your chance to sip, savour, and celebrate the season in style. Think crisp botanicals, sunny citrus, and floral notes that capture the very essence of spring.
