After careful consideration and with a heavy heart, the Enactus NWU team has made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone our "Chill Fest" event, originally scheduled for this Saturday.

From the beginning, our mission has been to deliver a high-quality, safe, and impactful event that truly serves our student community. Due to unforeseen financial and logistical constraints that are beyond our control, we no longer feel we can deliver the exceptional experience that you all deserve and that our mission demands.

We are so incredibly grateful for the immense support and excitement you have shown for this initiative. Your passion confirms how needed this conversation is on our campus, and it fuels our determination.

What Happens Next?

• Full Refunds: All ticket holders will receive a full and automatic refund within the next 3-5 business days. You do not need to do anything; the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
• The Future is Bright: This is a postponement, not a cancellation. This decision gives us the time to secure the right partners and resources to bring you a bigger, better, and even more impactful "Chill Fest" in early 2026.
