• Tickets: Limited to 6 per order/user/session.
• Entry: One person per ticket – no sharing or re-entry.
• Availability: No ticket sales at the door.
• Purchases: A ticket does not guarantee you will find something to buy.
• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, even if no purchases are made.
• Item Sales: All items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.

Time Slot Rules

• Your booked date and time slot will be strictly enforced at the door.
• Time slots are 1 Hour each
• No access will be given outside of your allocated time.
• Last entry strictly 16:00 PM

Payments

• Credit and Debit cards only.
• No cash, SnapScan, EFT, PayPal, or any alternative payment methods.

• Please bring your own BIG shopping bag.
• Parking available on Ou Paardevlei Road – no parking inside Fish Eagle Park.
