Admin fee is R4000rand inclusive everything that will be taking place on that night and a deposit payment of R200 is required to secure your booking and the balance will be collected at the venue before checking in and registration is open until the 29th at 6pm

Registration and check in starting at 4pm and there is enough parking for everyone else who is coming but one needs to make a reservation for parking
