TOURNAMENT DETAILS

• 3 divisions: men's, women's, mixed
• 16 teams per division
• No minimum level
• Entry fee: R1,500 / team (includes raffle ticket, 1 sleeve of balls, tournament cap, and exciting merch!)
• WIN over R40,000 in prize money!

General Terms and Conditions for Pam Golding Spring Smash Padel Tournament 2025. By buying your ticket, you consent to these T&Cs.

1.Entry and Eligibility

Eligibility: The competition is open to all participants. All participants must have a valid entry and have completed the registration process.

Entry Fee: A non-refundable entry fee is required for all teams or individuals. No refunds will be provided for withdrawals after the specified closing date.

Registration: All participants must register by the closing date. Late entries will not be accepted.

2.Rules and Regulations

Game Rules: The competition will be governed by the official rules of padel. The tournament director's decisions on rule interpretations are final.

Code of Conduct: All players must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. Any form of abuse, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.

Player Health: Participants are responsible for their own health and fitness. By entering the competition, you confirm you are in good physical condition to participate.

3.Liability and Risk

Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in a padel competition. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, or property damage.

Waiver of Liability: Hoedspruit Padel, the event organizers (Pam Golding), sponsors, and volunteers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from participation in the event.

Personal Property: Hoedspruit Padel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

4.Media and Publicity

Image Rights: By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image in photographs, videos, and other promotional materials related to the event without compensation.

5.Event Changes and Cancellation

Changes: Hoedspruit Padel reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, format, or rules of the competition as deemed necessary.

Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather), the organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such cases, the entry fee may be refunded at the organizers' discretion, less any administrative costs.

6.Disqualification

Grounds for Disqualification: Hoedspruit Padel reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violations of these terms and conditions, unsportsmanlike conduct, or any other actions that disrupt the integrity of the competition.
