A Creative Bonding Experience for Moms and Daughters (Ages 9–14)

Step out of the rush of everyday life and into a calm, connected space where you and your daughter can create, communicate, and cherish each other through guided conversations, symbolic crafts, and heartfelt fun.

This one-of-a-kind workshop is designed by a certified Life Coach and mom of four, combining practical relationship tools with hands-on creativity to help strengthen the bond between you and your daughter in ways that last.

What You’ll Experience

Through gentle coaching, interactive reflection, and beautifully guided exercises, you and your daughter will explore:

• How to express your feelings and needs (without blame)
• What it means to truly know yourself — and each other
• How to feel heard, even when you disagree
• How values guide our words and actions, especially during conflict
• How to nurture your bond today, and into the future
• What kind of relationship you want when she’s all grown up
• What makes each of you feel loved and appreciated

Craft Activities (All Included)

Each mom-daughter pair will create and take home:

• A flower pot to symbolize nurturing your bond over time
• A handheld mirror reflecting self-worth, values, and identity
• A personalized affirmation tote bag — a shared expression of love and creativity

Each item is tied into the life coaching themes and becomes a meaningful keepsake.
