• Coolerboxes, gazebos, and camping chairs are allowed

Safety & Security

• No dangerous objects, illegal substances, fireworks, or weapons of any kind permitted.
• A dedicated security team will be on-site throughout the event.
• By entering, you attend at your own risk. This includes risk of injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Photography & Media

• By entering the event, you grant permission for your image/video to be captured and used in post-event marketing by the Thurlow Marsh Foundation and its affiliates.

Parking & Access

• The event organizers and venue are not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

• Event starts at 15:00 and ends at midnight.
