Event Overview
Flourish: Money, Mindset, and Me is a half-day, human-first event for those ready to transform their relationship with money from the inside out.
This is not your typical finance event. Instead of focusing only on budgets and numbers, we’ll explore the inner world of money: the beliefs, behaviours, and emotional patterns that shape how we earn, spend, save, and give.
Through a powerful blend of psychology, financial insight, and self-awareness tools, Flourish will guide you to new levels of clarity, confidence, and connection with your money.
What’s New in 2026?
This year, we’re introducing Internal Financial Parts, a transformative framework inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), led by Bronwyn Waner.
Inside each of us are different “parts” that manage money in their own way — the Saver, the Spender, the Earner, the Giver. These parts have distinct voices, histories, fears, and desires, and they often pull us in different directions.
At Flourish, you’ll:
- Discover the 5 Core Concepts of Internal Financial Parts
- Identify which parts are driving your financial behaviours
- Understand how your inner parts relate to the 7 Money Relationships: Receiving, Earning, Spending, Keeping, Saving, Giving, and Growing
- Gain clarity and choice through compassionate self-awareness
- Learn how to heal and integrate parts that may be stuck in fear, shame, or scarcity
“A part of me wants to save… but another part just wants to enjoy life.”
If that resonates, this session is for you.
