WSU Alumni Reunion Event

The Alumni Relations Office (ARO) is proud to host a special Alumni Reunion Event on Friday, 15 August 2025, at 10:00 AM, taking place at the Butterworth Campus. This meaningful gathering aims to bring together Walter Sisulu University (WSU) alumni from various generations to foster transactional engagement and intergenerational networking.

As we reflect on the journey of WSU, the event will also serve as a platform to:

· Announce the upcoming WSU rebranding initiative, inviting alumni to become advocates of our renewed institutional identity.

· Launch the WSU Alumni Fund, a dedicated online platform that enables alumni to contribute meaningfully towards the growth and development of our university.

A highlight of the event will be a roundtable discussion featuring seven distinguished WSU alumni, who will share their personal and professional journeys, while reflecting on the 20-year milestone of WSU and the impact the institution has had on their lives. We will be inviting all alumni to join us in celebrating the legacy, growth, and future of Walter Sisulu University.
