Kom vier lente saam met ons tydens die Stilbaai Fynbosfees en neem deel aan die jaarlikse Lenteloop/hardloop ’n heerlike veldwedloop (of stap, as jy wil!) deur van Stilbaai se mooiste natuurareas. Hierdie jaar wys ons die pragtigste paadjies deur die Pauline Bohnen Natuurreservaat. In die lente bars hierdie landskappe uit in kleur, met inheemse fynbos wat orals blom – insluitend skaars en bedreigde spesies wat jy nêrens anders kry nie. Dis ’n seldsame kans om die natuur in haar mooiste gewaad te beleef, met asemrowende uitsigte oor die rivier, die see en Stilbaai dorp.

Kies jou avontuur:

• 5 km of 10 km tegniese roetes vir diegene wat lus is vir ’n uitdaging.
• 5 km “Hoenderloop” vir dié wat die moeiliker dele wil vermy, maar steeds die natuur wil geniet.

Of jy nou hardloop of stap – die Lenteloop gaan oor pret, fiksheid en fynbos!

Celebrate spring with us at the Stilbaai Fynbos Festival by joining the annual Lenteloop – a trail run (or leisurely walk, if that’s more your style!) through some of the most beautiful corners of Stilbaai’s natural heritage. This year we’re showcasing spectacular trails through the Pauline Bohnen Nature Reserve. In spring these landscapes burst into life, with colourful indigenous fynbos in full bloom – including rare and endangered species you won’t find anywhere else. It’s a rare chance to enjoy the sights, scents, and sounds of nature at its best, with sweeping views over the river, the beach, and the endless ocean beyond.

Choose your adventure:

• 5 km or 10 km technical routes for the trail enthusiasts looking for a challenge.
• 5 km “Chicken Run” for those who’d like to skip the trickier sections but still soak up the scenery.

Runners and walkers equally welcome – the Lenteloop is about fun, fitness, and fynbos for everyone!

Prizes and medals are awarded. Water stations will be available.
