The organizer reserves the right to cancel and refund any ticket purchased with this discount code if the provided membership or affiliation number is found to be false, incorrect, or unverifiable

Cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations received more than 7 days before the event date

• A 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
• The remaining 75% of the ticket fee will be refunded.

1. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event

• The full ticket fee (100%) will be forfeited.

1. Exceptions

• A full refund may be considered in the case of death or severe illness (proof may be required).

1. Substitutions

• If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your place at no additional cost.
