Slow roasted pork, Granny Smith apple compote

Tuna tataki, orange, teriyaki caviar

Camembert, red onion marmalade, toasted brioche crostini



Starter - Agnes Chardonnay 2024


Pan fried Rainbow trout, yuzu aioli and apple slaw, nori and sesame seed crumble



Intermediate - Ferrum Chardonnay 2024


Roast duck breast, star aniseed quince, jasmine rice, lemongrass and butter emulsion



Main course - Peter Max Pinot Noir 2024


Ostrich fan fillet, mielie pap and cranberry croquette, thyme jus



Dessert - Litigo Pinot Noir 2024


Mace and vanilla panna cotta, dark chocolate glaze, dark fruits, crumble, cinnamon tuille
