Arrival canapés – Terrasse 2023

Smoked mackerel rillettes with fennel seed lavosh

Sautéed aubergine, red bell pepper and onion quenelles on toasted rye crostini

Chicken liver pate, apricot chutney and crisp roast chicken skin


Starter - Merlot 2021

Pulled duck confit Chaude Froide, fresh berries, whipped goats milk chevin, garden herbs


Second course - Syrah 2018

Lamb cutlet, slow roasted lamb shoulder, pavé potato, roast cumin carrots, mint jus gras


Third course - Amphitheatre 2018

Oudtshoorn ostrich fan fillet, buttered scone, pimento onion and bacon jam, rosemary jus


Dessert – Fleurfontein

Almond mousse, apricot compote, honey short bread crumble and chai tea ice cream
