Join us for an unforgettable evening of music and fun at Avalon Estate's first Winter Dance!
The Party Technician will provide state-of-the-art lighting and sound while playing your favorite dance floor hits—ranging from red-hot club bangers, to langarm/sokkie. Whether you prefer House, Trance, or Two-Step, there's something for everyone! Song requests are welcome.*
Keep warm by the fireplace, or heat things up on the dance floor!
Enjoy a complimentary welcome drink on arrival.

TICKETS
Ticket Prices:
- General Admission (Age 13yrs+): R80 - Admission only! (Note: this is not a table booking)
- Children (12 years and younger): Free (with a valid ticket holder). Should you choose to bring the little ones along, keep in mind that children must be under adult supervision at all times. See "Kids Corner".
Your tickets will be scanned at the door. "Doors open 6PM." Music starts 7PM.
Tickets are only available on Quicket. No door sales.
Ticket sales end 9 August, 22h00.
TABLE RESERVATIONS
Table Bookings:
Your ticket is for admission only. Seating is limited. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
For those who prefer table seating, bookings can be made at the Lifestyle Centre. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To reserve a table, visit the Lifestyle Centre or call 021 023 4650. Please make your reservation after you have purchased your tickets.
Note: Table reservations will only be held until 20h00. Guests must be present and seated by that time, unless prior arrangements have been made. If no guests are present at the time, you may forfeit your reservation.
FOOD & DRINKS

Food & Drinks:
Guests are welcome to bring their own food, but no outside drinks are allowed.
Warm, hearty soup with delicious fresh bread will be available for purchase at the Lifestyle Centre.
Pizza: Orders for delivery from Pete's Pizza. (Enquire with Flip at the Lifestyle Centre.)
RULES & INFORMATION
Important Rules:

Licensed bar. No alcohol will be sold to persons under 18 years. No outside drinks allowed.
All Avalon Estate and Avalon Lifestyle Centre general rules apply.
Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when leaving the premises.
The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind that may occur during the event. Admission is entirely at your own risk.

KIDS CORNER
Kids Entertainment
All children must be accompanied by a parent, or guardian with a valid admission ticket. Children 13 years and older must have a valid ticket. Free to children 12 years and younger - if accompanied by parent/guardian with a valid ticket.
For the little ones who do not feel like dancing, there will be a movie screening on the squash court. This is only available to the children of those parents who wish to bring their kids to the dance.
Remember to bring a blanket and pillow along!
SONG REQUESTS
Song Requests:
The Party Technician DJ will take requests on the night of the event. You may also email song requests ahead of time to [email protected]
To improve the chances of your song being played, please include:
- Artist name
- Song title
- Specific mix/version (if applicable)
Send requests by by no later than 8 August. Please respect the DJ and keep interaction to a minimum during the event.
*We will try our best to accommodate requests, but song requests are not guaranteed.
The Party Technician DJ does not accept music from USBs or other external sources.
