Curated by Eric Khumalo, a wine sommelier and food & beverage specialist, the afternoon offers a thoughtful journey through 8–10 local wines, each selected to highlight the grape’s range, expression, and regional character. From fresh and youthful to mature and bold, each pour is part of a broader conversation — about winemaking, storytelling, and South African flavour.

The session rounds off with a surprise tasting of a premium potstill brandy or cognac, giving a nod to the grape’s full evolution, from vineyard to cask.
