Step into the heart of Parisian technique—right here in Cape Town. In this intimate, hands-on session (max 6 people), Serena will guide you through every stage of creating the perfect croissant, from mixing your enriched dough to the satisfying pull-apart layers.
In this class you’ll:
- Learn professional lamination: folding, turning and resting for those signature, airy layers
- Shape classic croissants and explore variations—straight, curved and pain aux raisins
- Master proofing and baking for golden, crackling crusts and tender, buttery interiors
