ABOUT
LUNA PAIGE FEAT. ANJULIE NOCK
Singer-songwriter Luna Paige is no stranger to South Africa’s discerning music-loving audience. She is known for her unique vocals, soulful songs and quirky storytelling during shows. Luna and Anjulie are peers and have shared the stage on multiple occasions since the early 2000’s. Nock has performed on many of Luna’s albums. Anjulie not only plays the cello, writes and composes her own music – she also plays the bass.
Both versatile musicians now reside in Melkbosstrand and have decided to join forces in an all-female band which will officially launch in 2026. With August being Women’s Month, why not join these two exemplary artists when they bring a selection of music they have worked on together through the years.

More on the Artist:
She’s released five English albums, two Afrikaans albums, a SAMA-nominated collaborative album (with Nick Turner & Jamie Jupiter), and multiple singles. She not only gigs at festivals and live music venues across South Africa but acts as creator of music theatre productions that have run at South Africa’s major arts festivals and theatres in the Netherlands. She accompanies herself on electric piano and acoustic guitar. Since October 2024 she has embarked on two extensive national South African tours with her shows “Coming Home (2024)” and “Oceanic Heart (2025)”.
Her last tour spanned across seven provinces over a four-month period. She is now hibernating in Cape Town while preparing her next project “Die Reisigers” which will make its debut at the Momentum Aardklop festival and the Toyota Stellenbosch Woordfees. After that she heads off to the Netherlands to bring Dutch audiences a special concert by the name of “Dreamland”.
In preparation of a very special project which officially launches in 2026, Luna brings Anjulie Nock to the Alma Café for the first time. Anjulie Nock is a well-established cello player, plays in multiple classical ensembles and is often employed as session musician in the contemporary sphere (in studio and on stage). She has graced many stages with some of South Africa’s top celebrities and musicians.
