ABOUT
FRESH BAKED COMEDY is a brand new improv comedy show at Baze Lounge. Hosted by Waylene Beukes; starring two of Joburg’s hottest improv comedy troupes (Perfect Strangers & Mechanics of Chaos)... oh! And YOU. That’s right, give us one word suggestions, tell us about your worst date, or even give us some clues for a guessing game. We are here for you!
It’s basically a live therapy session! Ever feel like sharing your most awkward stories with a room full of strangers? Maybe you’ll consider it after a cold drink or a good beer? That’s the spirit! Not only will we listen while you spill the tea, we’ll also act it out! With a few creative embellishments of course. *wink
Let’s work through the trauma together! Because we’re here to make sure your Friday night is one to remember. Fresh Baked Comedy is fun, inclusive, and completely improvised. If you don’t leave with a good laugh, you’ll at least leave with a big smile… or maybe even a new dating story to share with your friends. You little flirt!
