EmpowerHer Annual Workshop Day is a celebration of confidence, community and self-expression. Designed for womxn of all dance levels, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore movement, break barriers and build a deeper connection with yourself and others.
Led by professional instructors, this empowering experience combines energizing routines, uplifting affirmations and techniques to help you own the stage — and your life with workshops that will include Embrace the Tease - Burlesque, Sensual Goddess Flow - Floor workshop, The Sway Experience - Cha Cha and Flawless Faces – Makeup workshops and more!
