Johannesburg 4 Phases of Training Workshop

Over time we've noticed how much time, energy and money our clients spend in order to get their accreditation; the frustration is thankfully replaced after some time by elation.  Thereafter however, some are not clear on what to do next...

The 4 Phases of Training Workshop is designed to:

• Capacity build you to ensure the smooth roll out of training from start to finish (Learner Enrolment, Facilitation, Assessment and Certification).
• Address common challenges that many providers experience and give tips on how to overcome these challenges.
• Be interactive in terms of incorporating your Q.M.S to assist you with training.
• Not only give you the skills, but also give you the tools so included in this session is a two template packs that you can use each time you roll training out.
• Give you the opportunity to network with like mind business men and women who are in the same boat as you. Having done this in Durban, we have found that some very successful relationships and support groups have been formed amongst our training providers and would therefore like you to have the same opportunities.
