Alternative Afrikaans band VOLK returns to Snor City and for the first time at the iconic Railways Café on Friday 1 August along with two extremely exciting acts to make up a powerful 3 band line up. BOBBEJAN with his viral hit Zamalekker will take the stage no doubt bring the party as well as the exciting young talent that is Hendriek Bleik.

VOLK is on the cusp of releasing their debut full length album after a series of successful singles such as ZAR, BONS, My Hart Is 'n Trein and more. The band has started to gather what can be described as a cult following and has been packing out clubs in Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Potchefstroom & Pretoria. Get on board. The train is about to get full. VOLK is Frank Freeman (vocals & guitar), Dillon Myburgh (drums) & Mika Burger (bass). A power trio that cooks with gas. Kom ons BONS baby.

This will be an evening of alternative Afrikaans music with a line up that will join forces for the first time ever.
