Meet the cronut, a laminated, buttery dough that’s twice-proofed, rolled, folded and deep-fried for crisp, flaky layers, then finished like a doughnut. It’s the ultimate mash-up pastry sensation, and we’re going full chocolate.


In this hands-on, full-scratch workshop you’ll:


  1. Explore the cronut story & science: see how laminated dough transforms when fried
  2. Make your own chocolate-infused laminated dough
  3. Fry & finish: inject each cronut with silky house-made chocolate cream, then lavish with glossy ganache and crunchy praline
