Sindiso Khumalo is a South African-born, award-winning fashion designer and sustainability advocate. With a passion for blending African culture with ethical design practices, Sindiso launched her brand to redefine the fashion industry’s approach to sustainability. Her work is recognised globally for its unique blend of traditional African prints and contemporary fashion, aimed at promoting social responsibility and environmental awareness.


As the founder of Sindiso Khumalo Studio, she has built a brand that focuses on ethical production processes, fair trade practices, and eco-friendly materials. Her designs have garnered international recognition, and her brand is now a leader in Africa’s sustainable fashion movement.


In addition to her work as a designer, Sindiso recently opened her first flagship store in the Longkloof Precinct in Cape Town, further cementing her commitment to growing the African fashion industry and creating opportunities for local artisans and communities. With her sustainable approach and a deep passion for empowering women and African entrepreneurs, Sindiso continues to push the boundaries of design and business, influencing both the local and global fashion landscapes.

Amy-lee has held multiple roles in the fashion and media industry, where she has served as both Fashion Editor and Senior Stylist, producing dynamic content across multiple lifestyle titles. Her editorial work spans print, digital, and social platforms, known for its thoughtful curation and commercial creativity. She has also worked as a stylist for Spree and a Production Assistant at Divbrands, gaining hands-on experience in fashion e-commerce and production.


Whether behind the scenes or directing shoots or creating fashion content on social media, Amy-Lee is committed to delivering fashion content that resonates with real women and reflects modern South African style.
