Meet Rowan Belchers: a highly respected international leadership advisor with over 25 years’ experience, specialising in CEO coaching. He is the founder of Lockstep, a consultancy focused on business transitions and has guided leaders across diverse global sectors. Educated at UC Berkeley and Harvard Business School, Rowan shares his insights through his long-running weekly newsletter CEO Mondays and he's in the process of completing his bookTranscend: A New Way of Leading a Better Kind of Business. Our conversation with him will challenge conventional thinking around work and fulfilment. It’s for anyone interested in building a more conscious, meaningful career.
