Step into your power and reconnect with the divine light within you this Women’s Day.
Radiance Within is a soul-nourishing half-day retreat curated for women who are ready to pour into themselves, celebrate their beauty inside and out, and embrace holistic self-care in a serene, sacred space.
This experience is rooted in wellness, self-love, and sisterhood — blending rituals that honour your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re craving a moment of stillness, inspiration, or connection, this is your time to rise, glow, and bloom.
Event Flow:
12:00 PM – Arrive, Teatime & Gift Collection
Relax with some herbal teas, infused water and vegan snacks, connect, take photos, and receive your curated self-care gift bag to carry the glow home with you.
13:00 PM – Welcome Ceremony: “Awaken Your Light”
Gentle sounds and candle ritual as we gather on our mats and open the space with intention.
13:20 PM – Movement & Embodiment: “Glow in Motion”
A soft, feminine yoga practice to awaken the body, release tension, and cultivate loving awareness.
14:20 PM – Inner Radiance Workshop
“Nourish to Shine”: A short talk on gut health and mood-elevating foods
15:00 PM – Self-Care Mirror Ritual
“Mirror Work”: A guided self-love affirmation session with mirrors
15:30 PM – Return to Radiance Closing Meditation & Soul Affirmations
We wrap the day with a meditation using sound healing, affirmations, and a heartfelt connection to sisterhood and spirit.
16:00 PM – Nourishing Light Meal - Takeaway
Delight in a wholesome, vegan-friendly appetizer with seasonal, feel-good ingredients to enjoy at home.
What to Bring Along:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Small towel
- Comfortable clothing (for movement & lounging)
Optional, but recommended:
- Light blanket & pillow for extra comfort during relaxation sessions or sound healing
