Our accredited facilitators will guide you through a one-of-a-kind silent dance and meditation experience that blends music, mindfulness, and connection. All ages, bodies, and fitness levels are welcome. No dance or sports skills needed — just bring your good vibes!

On arrival, you’ll receive headsets and join an unforgettable pop-up dance session themed for the day. Every session is unique — and this one promises to be a winner!
