SECRET SUNRISE is BACK IN TOWN - for the Knysna Oyster Festival!!

It's time to share more joy with Garden Route Families,

and it's our return to The Knysna Oyster Festival - so this is a

special Secret Sunrise (9am-10am - appropriately later for winter)...

New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headphones on arrival and you will be guided by fun and professional facilitators to support you to connect, move and play!

We combine elements of movement, play, mindfulness and dance - with a wonderful variety of music - all through headphones.

IT"S FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!!!

All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

WHERE: Knysna High School Sports Field (and if it rains - we are in the covered tent) - thanks to Knysna Sporting Events

TIME: SUNRISE (ish - winter accomodated) - 09:00-10:00 (Please arrive around 08:45am to receive your headsets)

THEME: Bright, bold, sparkly and fun - choose your flare

DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged - (bring out the sparkles, the bright, bold and fun outfits - we celebrate your choices)

FACILITATORS: TBC

BRING: Water & Definitely Wear layers - something cosy to wrap up in - if needs be at end... and something fun & comfy to move and groove in!

This inspired organisation uses the headsets, some of the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children, educators and caregivers. If you'd like to add a little extra and #ShareTheJoy to support the upliftment of children, youth and their caregivers in marginalised communities - we would be so so so grateful....
